MTB Festival and Flow Trail Race presented by McDonald’s
Purgatory offers some of the best mountain bike riding anywhere, and the McDonald’s Mountain Bike Festival & Flow Trail Race is all about celebrating our amazing trails, unbeatable scenery, and our love of the sport!
And, it’s the one-year anniversary of the Divinity Flow Trail! This amazing new trail opened last year and was described as a “game changer” on the Durango mountain biking scene. The trail is packed with fun features and is Durango’s only lift-served downhill flow trail.
To celebrate the anniversary, we’re throwing a party!
Morning: Cross-Country Ride!
9:30am — Meet at the base area. Two-hour ride.
Join us in the morning for some cross-country riding on some of the most beautiful single-track around. Group rides will explore all the great trails that Purgatory has to offer.
We’ll start at the base area and offer a variety of options depending on your ability level. No matter which option you choose, the views will be amazing!
Afternoon: Flow Trail Race!
Test your downhill skills as we host the first-ever Flow Trail Race! This race will be timed and managed by Grady James, who helped design and build the Divinity Flow Trail.
