Ice Climbing!

Kling Mountain Guides is offering 1/2 day ice climbing clinics and full day ice climbing excursions as part of Purgatory’s Winterfest celebration.

1/2 Day Clinic for Beginners

Just $60!  Normally prices start at $129 and up.

These half-day clinics are family-oriented and geared towards the “never have I ever” ice climber.  Clinics will take place at Cascade Canyon just two miles from Purgatory Resort.

Full Day Excursion

Just $119.

This FULL DAY seminar is designed for the experienced single pitch ice climber or ice climber who has attended previous Ice Climbing clinics.  Climbers will ascend a multi-pitch backcountry ice route around Silverton, CO at a 2:1 climber to guide ratio.  This will be a guided ascent as opposed to purely an educational clinic.
