MCP is committed to growing our community of outdoor enthusiasts by consistently and dramatically improving the offerings and experience at each of our resorts, accelerating winter and summer visits and driving revenue growth at existing resorts while acquiring new resorts that add strategic value.

MCP is currently recruiting for a Regional Business Manager who will coordinate with the Mountain Capital Partners executive team, while overseeing all aspects of operations at our Sipapu Resort, Pajarito Resort and other newly acquired resorts including P&L responsibility for Mountain & Village Operations, Lodging, Skier Services, Food & Beverage, and other related functions.  This includes responsibility for all budgeting, financials, margin improvement, team-building, talent development and culture building within each assigned resort.  Successful candidates will leverage existing expertise within and across MCP’s Corporate & Resort Shared Services teams.

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Passion for outdoor recreation, specifically skiing
  • Minimum five years of experience in resort, casino and/or hotel management
  • Demonstrated financial acumen skills (budgeting, forecasting, report analysis, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in building a culture of engagement and passion in the workforce
  • Degree in business, resort management or other relevant field

The candidate would be expected to reside in Durango, with frequent travel to NM resorts for the first 12-18 months.  This is a fully benefited position with a competitive salary, great resort perks and an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of Mountain Capital Partners to shape our new company’s future and culture.
